Description
A creamy, craveable solo breakfast with dark chocolate and sea salt. No stove needed.
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
⅔ cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1–2 squares chopped dark chocolate
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
1–2 tsp maple syrup (to taste)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a jar or container.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Stir again in the morning and enjoy.
Notes
- Use rolled oats for best texture.
- Add berries or nut butter if desired.
- Consume within 2–3 days for freshness.
