Description
A solo-sized one pot creamy beef and garlic butter pasta that’s fast, rich, and cleanup-friendly.
Ingredients
1/2 cup dry pasta
1/4 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: parmesan, chili flakes
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a medium pot over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and butter, stirring until fragrant.
3. Pour in cream and broth, then add pasta.
4. Simmer uncovered for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Once pasta is tender and sauce thickens, remove from heat.
6. Stir in parmesan if using. Serve hot.
Notes
- Simmer uncovered at the end to thicken.
- Try adding spinach or mushrooms for variation.
