Description

A quick and fluffy Lazy Girl Pancake Bowl Protein you can make in 2 minutes in the microwave. Perfect for solo breakfasts!


Ingredients

1/4 cup pancake mix  

1 scoop protein powder  

1/4–1/3 cup milk of choice  

1 tsp baking powder (optional)  

1 tbsp Greek yogurt or nut butter  

Pinch cinnamon or splash vanilla  

Toppings of choice  


Instructions

1. Stir together pancake mix, protein powder, and baking powder in a microwave-safe bowl.  

2. Gradually add milk to form a thick batter.  

3. Mix in yogurt or nut butter if using.  

4. Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, checking after 60 seconds.  

5. Let rest for 1–2 minutes before adding toppings.  

6. Serve and enjoy!
