Ingredients
1 to 1½ tablespoons ube halaya
¾ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1–2 teaspoons condensed milk or sweetener (optional)
1 shot espresso or ¼ cup strong coffee (optional)
Pinch of salt
Splash of vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm milk in a small pot over low heat.
2. Add ube halaya and whisk until fully blended and smooth.
3. Stir in sweetener, salt, and vanilla to taste.
4. If using, pour espresso into mug.
5. Top with ube milk mixture, swirl, and serve.
