Description

Smoky, juicy grilled keto chicken nuggets for one — no breadcrumbs, no fuss. Ready in 15 minutes with bold flavor and zero carbs.


Ingredients

1 small chicken breast or 2 chicken tenders (about 4–5 oz)

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional: 1 tablespoon pickle juice or apple cider vinegar for tang


Instructions

1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, spices, and optional brine. Let marinate 10–15 minutes.

2. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grease grill pan if needed.
