Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup broccoli florets, steamed or microwaved
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Cooking spray or butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.
2. Whisk eggs with cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Stir in steamed broccoli.
4. Pour mixture into prepared dish.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until eggs are set and lightly golden.
6. Let cool slightly and enjoy.
