Ingredients
1 slice of bread (stale works best)
1 egg
2–3 tbsp coffee creamer (vanilla, hazelnut, etc.)
Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
Butter or spray for the pan
Instructions
1. Crack the egg into a mug or bowl.
2. Add the coffee creamer and whisk well.
3. Soak the bread slice in the mixture until fully coated.
4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Cook the bread 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
6. Serve with toppings of choice.
