Description
A creamy, no-cook chocolate strawberry overnight oats recipe for one — ready when you wake up, with just five minutes of prep the night before.
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds
Optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a jar or small container with a lid.
2. Stir well to combine or shake if using a jar.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
4. In the morning, stir again and top with extra strawberries or chocolate chips if desired.
5. Enjoy straight from the jar or pour into a bowl.
Notes
- You can substitute strawberries with raspberries or banana slices.
- Add chia seeds for a thicker texture or swap half the milk for yogurt to make it creamier.
