Ingredients
1 small chicken breast (4–6 oz), diced
1 egg, whisked
3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado oil spray
Instructions
1. Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
2. Lightly season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Dip each piece into whisked egg, then into almond flour (mixed with Parmesan if using).
4. Spray air fryer basket with avocado oil and preheat to 400°F.
5. Place nuggets in a single layer, not touching.
6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use flaxseed meal or crushed keto crackers as a sub for almond flour.
- Double the recipe and save extras for wraps or salads.
